David Kaufman
Contributing photographerDave Kaufman is a dedicated music enthusiast with a particular passion for jazz. Born in Montreal, he has lived in various cities including Berkeley, Upper Manhattan, and Scottsdale, and now calls Brooklyn home. For over 15 years, Dave has pursued music photography, with most of his work appearing on AllAboutJazz.com. There, he occasionally writes concert reviews and curates a series called "Jazz Raconteurs." His photos have been featured in other platforms like WBGO, DownBeat, and various magazines, books, posters, and tour booklets. In addition to his love for music, Dave works in academia at SUNY Downstate in the Health Informatics Program.
