The WBGO LOCKBOX - FAQs

To ensure a safe and secure passageway for your mail-in contributions to WBGO, we have instituted a new system - The WBGO Lockbox.

Here's how it works...

Q: What is a "lockbox?"

A bank lockbox is a service where a bank receives, opens, and processes payments sent by a company's customers to a special post office box. This service expedites the deposit of your checks, provides electronic data to update our accounts receivable, and adds efficiency, security and cost effectiveness to the administrative workload by outsourcing the collection and processing of your mail-in payments.

Q: What is the new address for my donation?
A: Newark Public Radio Inc
PO Box 71222
Philadelphia, PA, 19176-6222

Q: Will this affect my monthly membership?
A: Your monthly donations are processed electronically, the new routine only applies to your one-time donations sent via postal mail.

Q: How can find more information about the WBGO Lockbox?
A: Call 973-624-8880 or email membership@wbgo.org.
