Bassist Harvie S has consistently provided a secure and hip bottom line, working with Zoot Sims, Lee Konitz, Thad Jones, Art Farmer, Kenny Barron, Gil Evans, Sheila Jordan and Roseanna Vitro. He has contributed to numerous albums, including his own Urban Earth and Harvie S ensembles.
