In 2020 at the height of the COVID pandemic WBGO’s Jon Kalish reported on a portable isolation unit called the Carecube that promised to transform patient care. Now after rigorous testing by the FDA the Carecube is being shipped to hospitals around the country, including Cooper University Health Care in Camden.

WBGO's "Voices of Wellness" series is made possible in part by a grant from the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey.
