Bronx-raised ethnomusicologist pens memoir on his travels through NYC's musical diasporas

Zev Feldman is an accomplished musician who is considered an authority on Ottoman Turkish music and klezmer, the instrumental music of East European Jews. He’s written a memoir about his life growing up in the Bronx and travelling through sevewral musical diasporas in the city.
