Blues music is alive and well. There’s no firmer evidence than listening to 24-year old Christone “Kingfish” Ingram. The Clarksdale, Mississippi native is an old soul with the blues in his bones. The Grammy Award winner has just released a revelatory new album Live In London showcasing his versatile and exciting guitar playing, soulful singing, and tasty band. The album, recorded in June 2023 at the famous UK club The Garage, features songs from his first two hit albums, a Michael Burks cover, and two new original tunes. His elders have recognized his talents by allowing him access to the biggest stages possible, like opening for The Rolling Stones and Buddy Guy, and recently playing Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Festival. Immediate, emotional, genuine, entertaining – “Kingfish” is the real deal.

"Kingfish" will play Brooklyn Bowl in Philadelphia on October 11, Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn on October 12, and will play a record-release show at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park on October 13.
