Halsey Fest is returning on September 23 from 3-8pm to welcome back residents, employees and students to Downtown Newark. The community street festival will run along Halsey Street between Central Ave to New Street. The event features music, games, art making, food, drinks, performances, mascots, giveaways, sampling and much more!
