Crowley, a two-time Emmy Award-winning showrunner, producer, developer, director, and writer.

In this episode he talks about how tax incentives, talented crews and a great variety of locations has made New Jersey a hot location for filmmakers right now.

Crowley's uncle was part of the special effects crew at MGM during the filming of The Wizard of Oz in 1938. The film was released a year later. Chatting with his uncle inspired Jon to get involved in the film industry.

Crowley is also an Atlantic Highlands Councilman.
