Guitarist and singer-songwriter Jimmy Vivino is a treasure. He grew up in North Jersey with his sax-playing brother Jerry and comedian brother Uncle Floyd. Vivino was a member of Canned Heat, a member of the Max Weinberg 7 and a band leader for Conan O’Brien’s late-night shows for 26 years.

Now, at age 70, he’s out with his own blues album Gonna Be 2 of Those Days  (Gulf Coast Records) is a synthesis of all Vivino has seen and heard.
