On this episode of The Art of the Story, Kim Wilson puts The Fabulous Thunderbirds back on the top of the blues charts with the new album Struck Down.

Fifty years ago, Wilson, the lead singer and harmonica player, formed the Texas-based blues band The Fabulous Thunderbirds. He has been the only constant in the band’s illustrious history.

The Fabulous Thunderbirds will play a free concert at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, NJ on September 14 at 8:00 p.m.
