Pianist and composer is back to lead fans and artists on the second annual "Jazz Train" to the Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival

For the second straight year, pianist and composer Orrin Evans is hosting the "Jazz Train" to the Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival. The Amtrak train departs from NYC on Thursday, September 19 and picks up fans at Amtrak stations in Newark and Philadelphia.

WBGO's Doug Doyle will provide coverage of the festival throughout the weekend from the August Wilson African American Cultural Center.

Doug Doyle has been News Director at WBGO since 1998 and has taken his department to new heights in coverage and recognition. Doug and his staff have received more than 250 awards from organizations like PRNDI (now PMJA), AP, New York Association of Black Journalists, Garden State Association of Black Journalists and the New Jersey Society of Professional Journalists.
