Renowned stride pianist Judy Carmichael's Jazz Inspired show launched Monday morning 6-8am on WBGO 88.3 FM in an expanded, two-hour format.
Jazz Inspired will air daily Monday- Friday. That means Judy’s conversation with major celebrities (Glenn Close, Willie Nelson, Jeff Goldblum, Jon Batiste, and MANY more) will include longer conversations and more music.
This expanded format differs from what some early rising listeners may have heard since August 2023. (Jazz Inspired previously aired in the 5am-6am hour on WBGO)
Tune in Tuesday, May 7 to hear Judy's interview with harpist Edmar Castenada. You'll also get NPR news hourly updates and WBGO news updates from Doug Doyle.
