Welcome to the WBGO Digital Board Book

The WBGO Digital Board Book was created to serve as a centralized resource to equip board members with the information, tools, and guidance needed to fulfill their roles effectively and support the organization’s mission. It is intended to be a convenient and accessible reference guide to the organization’s history, mission, By-Laws, board member terms and responsibilities, meeting schedules, audit and financial oversight, and other essential governance documents. By bringing these resources together in one accessible digital location, the Digital Board Book promotes transparency, organization, informed decision-making, and consistency in board operations. The Digital Board Book also includes the contact information and biographies of all the Board members. I encourage you to review the biographies of your Board colleagues and to network with one another. The Digital Board Book is a living document and will be updated with new information as needed.
