Tenor saxophonist Cory Weeds hits the Hermann's Stage with his working quartet of Tilden Webb on piano, John Lee on bass and Jesse Cahill on drums to celebrate the release of Weeds' Just Coolin' CD. Joining the quartet this weekend will be New York City trumpeter Joe Magnarelli. Over the course of a 40+ year career, Joe Magnarelli has emerged as one of the premier trumpeters, improvisers, composers, and educators in jazz.

Reiser can currently be seen in Stranger Things and The Kominsky Method, for which he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. The multi-faceted actor also recently revived one of his most iconic roles in the highly-anticipated return of Mad About You, the long-running hit 90s comedy he co-created and starred in with Helen Hunt.

This social justice team will capture who Dr. King was and still is by diving deep into his theology and his thought process. Listeners and onlookers will be taken on a ride allowing a full scope of the man, the prophet, the icon with words, and jazz music.

A world premiere percussion event featuring award-winning virtuoso, Britton-René Collins. Collins has been commissioned to compose a new work on the theme of time which she will perform in a program of other solo percussion works. Britton-René is a winner of the 2020 Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition and was awarded the Ambassador Prize for exceptional musicianship and demonstrating an active passion for creating social change through her music. This concert is part of a two-concert series, On Time, which includes a concert on May 29 by Brooklyn based string quartet, The Rhythm Method.
