The New York Pops enlists jazz crooner Tony DeSare and Broadway star Capathia Jenkins to celebrate American arranger-composer Nelson Riddle, whose orchestrations were recorded by some of the most legendary voices of the 20th century, including Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and Judy Garland.

Directed by Prof Abraham Burton. In honor and celebration of Women's History Month, this concert will feature music written and arranged by such luminaries as Mary Lou Williams, Melba Liston, Toshiko Akiyoshi, and Maria Schneider.

A trombone player and singer born in New Orleans; Todd has been performing since age 7. He grew up traveling the world and busking in the Flying Neutrinos Family Jazz Band. If you love joyful, unpretentious, but highly creative and spontaneous jazz, Todd Londagin’s Band will be a delightful discovery.
