He laid out new COVID data showing New York is best in the nation with record low deaths and hospitalizations
"We're afraid people from the other states might come here and increase the viral spread, one of the great ironies of life."
Because he says that’s a reverse from when the pandemic started. Meanwhile, the regions that are in Phase three can now have gatherings of up to 25 people, an increase from 10, Cuomo says.
