On this episode of The Art of the Story, WBGO's Doug Doyle chats with playwright and director Ngozi Anyanwu about her world premiere The Monsters at Two River Theater.

In the play, LIL has been obsessed with fighting and one fighter in particular, her older brother Big, an aging but successful Mixed Martial Arts fighter. The Monsters is a sibling love story inspired by Ngozi Anyanwu's older brother who was an MMA fighter.

The Monsters runs through November 23 at TRT'S The Marion Huber Theater.
