On this episode of The Art of the Story, we preview the October 10 event "Sugar Hill to Sugar Hill" at Newark Symphony Hall as part of its 100th anniversary celebration.

WBGO's Doug Doyle chats with Newark Symphony Hall's President and CEO Talia Young about the special event that runs from 6:30pm until 11:30pm.

The setting will be an old-fashioned speakeasy in the Sarah Vaughan lobby at Newark Symphony Hall. There will be a panel discussion around the relevance of Sugar Hill between Newark & Harlem, an art exhibit curated by the Harlem Fine Arts Show, live entertainment and dancing.
