On this episode of The Art of the Story, Doug Doyle chats with acclaimed actor, jazz pianist and bandleader Jeff Goldblum about his new album with the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra.
Still Blooming is Jeff Goldblum’s fourth release with Decca Records and Verve Records in the US and will be released on April 25.

The new album offers a tasteful curation of beloved jazz standards from both the Golden Era of Broadway and the Great American Songbook. These collaborations underscore a delicious link between jazz and pop culture. T
The first single release features the vocals Academy Award-nominated actress Scarlett Johansson.

Goldblum, known for his roles in the Big Chill, The Fly, and as Dr. Ian Malcom in the Jurassic Park movies, recently starred as the Wonderful Wizard of Oz in Wicked. His Wicked co-stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande also perform songs on Still Blooming.

Goldblum sings "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye" on the new release.
"I love that song. We're always looking for songs that maybe we could do something different with."

Jeff Goldblum will perform at Cafe Carlisle in NYC in late May.
