On this edition of The Art of the Story, a special NJPAC concert on November 21 will celebrate Bethany Baptist Church's 25 years of its Jazz Vespers series.

Former pastor Rev. Dr. M. William Howard Jr., who will also be honored that evening in the Victoria Theater, has always been a huge jazz fan.

Dr. Howard and NEA Jazz Master and WBGO legend Dorthaan Kirk co-created Jazz Vespers at Bethany.
