WBGO premieres Ask Governor Sherrill, a live call-in show, produced in partnership with WNYC, WHYY, and Montclair State University, on Wednesday, April 15 at 7pm.

Ask Governor Sherrill streams here tonight (April 15) at 7pm at wbgo.org.

Hosted by WNYC’s Michael Hill (Host of Morning Edition on WNYC and Newark Today on WBGO), each show features a conversation with Governor Mikie Sherrill on the latest news in New Jersey, and direct questions from the audience via call-in, social media, and online submissions.

The program takes live calls at 844-745-8255 and collects questions here.

"We proudly welcome Governor Sherrill to WBGO’s airwaves, continuing our long‑standing mission of public service, civic engagement, and informed dialogue. This program reinforces WBGO’s tradition of giving listeners deeper insight into the work of state government, while providing rare, direct access to executive‑level leadership and the issues shaping New Jersey’s future. Through thoughtful conversation and listener participation, WBGO remains committed to connecting communities with the decisions that affect their daily lives." said WBGO's President and CEO Steven A. Williams.

The show will broadcast live from the studios at Montclair State University.

Ask Governor Sherrill is the successor to Ask Governor Murphy, which ran throughout most of Murphy’s time in office.

A second broadcast is planned for June 3. Additional broadcasts will be announced at a later date.

The program takes live calls at 844-745-8255 and collects questions here.

Ask Governor Sherrill will be heard throughout New Jersey and the tri-state area on WBGO, WNYC WHYY, and NJPR, and will be available for live and on-demand streaming at wbgo.org.
