A national fraternity is going to be suing its local chapter at Rutgers University related to a hazing incident that led to a serious injury.

Dozens of members of Alpha Sigma Phi at Rutgers are expected to be named as defendants related to an event last October that led to a 19-year-old pledge reportedly getting electrocuted and ending up in critical condition. The alleged hazing incident apparently involved open wires and water in the frat house basement. The Middlesex County prosecutor's office is still investigating the matter. No charges have been brought yet. The victim has not been named, and his condition is not known.
