The NYPD is kicking off its dusk and darkness campaign with the time change happening this weekend.

The dusk to darkness campaign involves public-service messaging and increased NYPD enforcement of vehicle moving violations during the evening and overnight hours. That includes failure to yield, speeding and distracted driving.
