There's a new massive office tower reshaping the Midtown Manhattan skyline now open. There was a ribbon cutting ceremony held on Tuesday for the new JP Morgan Chase Global Headquarters on Park Avenue. It is 60 stories high and will have 10 thousand employees working inside. Rob Speyer, the head of Tishman Speyer Properties applauds JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon sticking with building the office tower during the pandemic.

"By moving forward with 270 Park, you sent the world a message, that you believe in New York, that the city is resilient, that we have a great future."

The building which is all electric and has the latest technology includes trading floors and a hub for food and dining.
