Authorities in New York State have made more than a dozen arrests in what Governor Kathy Hochul calls the largest vape enforcement action in state history.
Authorities went after online businesses operating as vape shops but illegally selling e-cigarettes around the state. Governor Hochul says “These companies built their business models around breaking New York’s laws and targeting our kids — now, we’re holding them accountable,” A number of vape dealers are charged with Unlawful Shipment and Transport of Vapor Products, many of which come in flavors that appeal to children.
