A couple construction companies are being sued for the deadly Legionnaires' disease outbreak in Harlem.

Two construction workers including Nunzio Quinto are suing after getting sick with Legionnaires' disease while working on Harlem Hosptial.

"What about my coworkers that were over there, kept texting me what's happening what's going on. I asked them a simple question. Did they tell you that I was sick. Did they warn you? Did they put any safety precautions in place? No. They said nothing."

The hospital is one of a dozen Harlem buildings where cooling towners got infected with the bacteria that causes Legionnaire's disease. The suit against Rising Sun Construction and Skanska USA Building alleges negligence. Lawyers say the outbreak that killed five and sickened more than 100 was preventable.
