Data shows tourism remains very strong in New York City.

Mayor Adams' administration has released a year end tourism forecast and it shows nearly 65 million people will have visited the Big Apple by the end of this year, a three and a half percent increase from 2023. That's also the second highest number of visitors in the city's history. Mayor Eric Adams is pleased

"New York City has once again solidified its position as the premier destination in the nation and one of the top travel spots in the world"

Visitor generated an economic impact of 79 billion dollars across the city and state economies. Officials project that tourism numbers will continue to grow and surpass pre-pandemic levels in 2025.
