Data shows tourism remains very strong in New York City.
Mayor Adams' administration has released a year end tourism forecast and it shows nearly 65 million people will have visited the Big Apple by the end of this year, a three and a half percent increase from 2023. Visitor generated an economic impact of 79 billion dollars across the city and state economies. Officials project that tourism numbers will continue to grow and surpass pre-pandemic levels in 2025.
