vHoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla is running for Congress.
Ravi Bhalla released a campaign video announcing that he'll challenge fellow Democrat Rob Menendez in next year's primary.
"I am running for Congress in New Jersey's 8th Congressional district because I believe America is better than the Demagogues that seek to divide us."
Bhalla says if elected, he plans to focus on climate change, health care issues and says new voices are needed in Congress. Menendez, the son of Senator Bob Menendez responded saying he welcomes Ravi into the race, especially since he can validate the work we’ve done on behalf of the residents of Hoboken.
