A Brooklyn man is even richer after winning a big lottery jackpot for the second time.
Lottery officials say Wayne Murray just claimed a 10 million dollar prize for a scratch off ticket. He purchased that ticket at H-@A Gas & Convenience store in Flatbush. That happens to the same store he bought a winning Black Titanium game ticket last year. That was also worth 10 million dollars. Murry told lotto officials It feels very "humbling and liberating" .
