Poll numbers for Governor Kathy Hochul and New York state lawmakers are not looking good.

A Unite NY Voter Empowerment Index poll shows that 40 percent of respondents are thinking about moving out of New York. Pollster Tim Dunn says they are not happy with a lack of action on reforms in Albany.

"80 percent of New Yorkers want to see term limits and majorities want to see these big big reforms and yet the state legislature doesn't act on them. The proofs in the puding. People are voting with their feet and they are saying enough is enough."

The polls shows that Governor Hochul only gets a 40 percent approval rating and state lawmakers have a 27 percent approval. Both are about a 10 point drop from a poll a few months ago.
