The family of Malcolm X is filing a 100-million dollar wrongful death lawsuit.
Family members claim in the lawsuit that The NYPD along with federal authorities conspired to kill Malcolm X and then allegedly conceal evidence in a coverup.

Attorney Ben Crump filed lawsuit court papers Tuesday, the 58th anniversary that the civil rights leader was shot and killed in Washington Heights. There's been no comment from the city's law department and NYPD.
