Mayor Bill de Blasio says he wants an investigation done in the matter of days over allegations officers used a stun gun and beat up a teen during the recent mayhem in New York City.

There are pictures of Jahmel Leach showing bruising and swelling.  He claims police beat him up and used a taser on him while the 16 year old was being arrested.  He was sent to the hospital.  This was back on June First on East Fordham Road in the Bronx.  Mayor de Blasio is calling for a quick review.

“I met the young man. I met his family. I am very concerned. I want to make sure we get the truth and I want to make sure we follow through based on what the facts tell us.”

Police say they have video showing Leach looting and setting trash cans on Fire.  His family says he wasn’t taking part in the vandalism but rather watching.
