Join singer and bandleader Michael Mwenso as he leads audiences on a spiritual journey through Black music as a part of his series as Artist-in-Residence at The Greene Space in SoHo, New York City next Monday, November 14th through Wednesday, November 16th at 7 PM.
On Monday, Michael will interview a surprise guest—an Album-of-the-Year GRAMMY award-winning artist—about Black culture and art, on Tuesday he will sit down with iconic blues musician Bobby Rush to discuss his 75-year-long career and the impact of blues music, and finally on Wednesday Michael will bring his global troupe of Juilliard-trained artists back to New York City for a special performance. Ten-dollar student tickets are also available with a valid student ID.
