Winter Jazzfest has come and gone, but the afterglow remains.
WBGO had boots on the ground for the full festival sprawl, from Bilal's first yowl on opening night to the late shift by Chris Dave & The Drumhedz in the wee hours of the final Marathon night. And for a decent number of those sets, our in-house photographers were busy following the action.

The main purpose was to post dispatches to our Instagram feed — but we decided these selections were too good not to feature here. Most were taken by Jonathan Chimene, WBGO's Chief Financial Officer; one was shot by his son, Joseph. And a snap of Christian McBride — ahem, we mean DJ Brother Mister — was taken at our anniversary party, WBGO @ 40, by Trevor Smith, a vital part of our Development team.
All of the images were culled from a vast trove of footage by Marketing assistant Isaiah McClain, who was also our Instagram engine on the scene.
