A fresh poll shows Democrat Zohran Mamdani maintaining a double digit lead in the race for New York City mayor.
The Quinnipiac University survey shows Mamdani with a 10 point lead over independent Andrew Cuomo while Republican Curtis Sliwa remains a distant third place. Mamdani's lead was 13 percent in Quinnipiac poll a month ago. Six percent of likely voters are undecided. Meanwhile, vote totals for the first few days of early voting show really high turnout compared to early voting in the last mayoral election.
