Early Voting Set To Begin In New York

NY.GOV

Early voting starts tomorrow in New York State and goes for nine straight days.

New York State attorney General Letitia James says her office is looking into reports of threatening robocalls spreading false information like this one she describes.

“If you vote and you’re an immigrant that ICE will come after you. If you vote and you have a judgement against you, that collection officers will come after you.”

Meanwhile, the Barclays Center, churches and schools are all serving as early voting sites. Election officials say residents need to look up where to go because early voting sites will likely be different than ones usual Election Day site. Masks and social distancing are required.
