New York City's Department of Transportation is launching a new campaign in an effort to further reduce traffic related crashes and deaths.

Transportation Commissioner Ydanis Rodriguez says the "Rewind, Vision Zero public awareness campaign features the new tagline, “One Choice Can Change Everything. You Can’t Rewind a Crash.”

"We are also deciding in the campaign to target hard to reach group including young male drivers."

The three million dollar ad campaign will be seen in different outlets including billboards and social media. Traffic deaths are near-record lows through the first three quarters of the year in the city and down 18 percent compared to the first nine months of last year.
