A woman who snuck on a Delta flight out of JFK airport now faces federal charges.

The criminal complaint says surveillance video shows Svetlana Dali got into a TSA Checkpoint lane meant for airline employees. Delta agents never checked to see if she had a ticket with video showing they were dealing with other passengers boarding. This was at JFK Airport last Tuesday. By the time Delta employees realized she didn't have a seat, the plane was already in route to France. Dali was flown back this week where she faced a charged in Brooklyn federal court of intentionally stowing away on an airplane. Her attorney argues she did go through security and compared it to turnstile hopping.
