Newark Mayor Ras Baraka has announced he's running for Governor of New Jersey

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka is running to be New Jersey's next Governor. He made the announcement at a Black History Month event in Trenton.
Newark Today host Michael Hill spoke with the Mayor on Tuesday about his decision to seek higher office.
