Striking Hollywood actors and actresses are coming together in solidarity in an effort to get a deal. They held a huge rally in New York City today.

Many packed Times Square for a lengthy rally, calling for a fair deal with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers which represents networks, studios and streaming services. Some Hollywood stars were on hand including Christian Slater to support all union actors.

"We are all here together to secure fair wages to ensure the survival of our healthcare, our pensions and our retirement."

Striking actors are trying to make sure they get what they feel is better compensation and protections against artificial intelligence technology. The strike has disrupted the entertainment industry.
