Memorial and Tribute Donations

WBGO has so many achievements to be proud of during its 43-year history, but among the most important is the deep emotional connection we have made with you our audience: locally, nationally, and globally.

We are consistently reminded by YOU via the moving comments that accompany your generous donations to us, just how much we mean to you. This takes on even deeper resonance when one of you loses someone dear.

It is rather common for us to receive an impassioned pledge comment or E-mail letting us know that a beloved family member or trusted friend counted WBGO among the most valued treasures in their life.

Befitting of that, we also encounter obituaries for our dearly departed members, which specifically ask for donations to WBGO in lieu of flowers and such.

We would love nothing more than to help you honor your loved ones appropriately in any way we can, by playing something special On-Air, etc.
