If you're experiencing a loss of audio on TuneIn, we are aware of the issue, and we offer sincere apologies. WBGO recently switched to a new streaming service provider and we advised all of our streaming partners, including TuneIn to make very simple, necessary adjustments to ensure continuation of our signal. Requisite adjustments were made by all of our partners, except TuneIn, who assured us that the adjustments would be made. Since then, WBGO has attempted to contact TuneIn many times but there has been no response to our pleas for remediation of this distressing situation. As a result, we suggest using one of the streaming alternatives listed below, and registering a complaint directly with TuneIn, here.
