On the first half of the program, Newark Alliance CEO Evan Weiss and Director of the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services Luis Ulerio, break down a new plan they hope will end chronic homelessness in Newark in three years.
During the second half, NJIT Adjunct Instructor Erin Pellegrino talks about Newark Hope Village III.
