Community Calendar Event Submission

Beginning May 1st, 2023, we will only consider community-based events that offer free admission to the general public for approval on our music and art calendars. For questions please contact Content @ WBGO dot org

• Submitting an event does not guarantee approval or endorsement.
• Approved events appear on the calendar 5 days before the scheduled event.
• Events that do not submit a price will not be approved.
• Any event submitted as free when it is not free will forfeit all future submissions.
