Authorities have charged a mother of an East Orange, New Jersey teenager who went missing for almost a month. Jamie Moore is accused of physical abuse and neglect. Prosecutor Theodore Stephens says her 14-year old daughter Jashyah disappeared on October 14th and was found safe Thursday after numerous stops in New Jersey and a Brooklyn shelter.

“The young lady appears to have runaway and she did not want to make her self known to anyone where she was.”

Jamie Moore’s two children have been removed from her custody. Moore is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
