Authorities Search For Missing East Orange Teenager
The FBI and numerous other law enforcement agencies are searching for an East Orange, New Jersey teenager who has been missing for nearly a month. Authorities say they are flooding social media with pictures of 14 year old Jashyah Moore in hopes for tips. Chief Mitchell McGuire with the Essex County Prosecutor’s office says Moore was last seen on October 14th at a deli in East Orange.
“At no point in time did we have any evidence of any foul play. We do have evidence of the lady in the general area. We do have evidence of her leaving the area.”
Jashyah’s mom insists her daughter is not a runaway. A 20-thousand dollar reward is being offered in the case. Authorities say they have questioned Jashyah’s stepfather who reportedly is involved in a domestic violence case against Jashyah.
