What it takes to broadcast from a different country

Add new comment | Filed under: Jazz AliveIAJE is coming up, and we'll be broadcasting from it - bringing you great interviews and music and more. The trick is, this year IAJE is in another country - Canada. Toronto, to be exact. But that means we have to set up a mini studio in a place that one needs a passport to fly to. So what do we do? We'll be renting the big equipment (mixers and such) from the very helpful CBC (which you owe it to yourself to check out some of their radio offering). But there is still a lot of little stuff to bring:

Now I just need to find room for a shirt or two...
