    Today at WBGO:

    - On JazzSet on 6:30 p.m., harmonica virtuoso Toots Thielemans and pianist Kenny Werner play in a set recorded at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC in April.

    - At 7:30 p.m., former New York Liberty center Kym Hampton joins host Doug Doyle on SportsJam.

    - WBGO's Champions of Jazz Benefit tomorrow evening will honor Jimmy Heath and Tommy LiPuma, with performances by Natalie Cole, Roy Hargrove, Joe Lovano, Russell Malone, Lizz Wright, and much more. Thanks to all who plan to attend and see you there!

    - Join us on Friday, November 4 for a free members event starting at 6 p.m. on the Rutgers-Newark campus: tour the Institute of Jazz Studies, see the Louis Armstrong exhibit, and enjoy the film In Good Time: The Piano Jazz of Marian McPartland.

    - On Wednesday, November 16, WBGO hosts a members night at the 92Y Tribeca, with vibraphonist Warren Wolff and Wolfpack and guitarist Lage Lund. Members will get to meet the artists, a free gift and refreshments, and your choice of the best seats in the house. See you there!
