- At 7:30 p.m., Latino USA is a half-hour weekly English language magazine produced from a Latino perspective. This week, host Maria Hinojosa visits “The Point” in Chicago, Guatemala City’s basurero, the largest garbage dump in Central America, and examines the foster care system in the United States.

- At 6:30 p.m. Wendell Pierce hosts a saxophone tribute to John Coltrane with Ted Nash, Sherman Irby, Walter Blanding and George Garzone on the latest Jazz at Lincoln Center.
