    - At 6:30 p.m. on Jazz at Lincoln Center, host Wendell Pierce reviews highlights from the NEA's Jazz Masters Awards, which each year for the past thirty years grants the nation's highest honor to jazz musicians. This year's Jazz Masters Awards will take place at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, and will be broadcast live at WBGO.

    - At 7:30 p.m. on The New Jersey Capitol Report, hosts Steve Adubato and Rafael Pi Roman talk with Ralph LaRossa, President of PSE&G, Chip Gerrity, president of Local Union 94 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and more.

    - New York's Winter JazzFest is still ringing in our ears. Check out NPRMusic's A Blog Supreme for a roundup of this fest's best and worst, plus musings on the future of jazz by WBGO's Simon Rentner, Tim Wilkins and others.
